ZTYS1400 internal combustion traction locomotive (dual power) is our company's patented product, patent number: ZL2010 2 000223694.2, since the product launched into the market has been widely recognized.
ZTSY1400 type hybrid diesel traction locomotive, in use process, when need drawing large tonnage, two engine unit can work at the same time, the power is: 1400 horsepower unit/double, maximum traction tonnage: 7100 tons, when traction small tonnage, single engine unit work alone, its power is: 750 horsepower per single unit, the maximum traction tonnage: 3770 tons, double units/single units all have shunting condition and small operating condition, which can satisfy the using condition, but also to reduce fuel consumption, reduce maintenance costs and prolong the service life of the locomotive.

二、Design essentials and main configuration
ZTYS1400 diesel traction locomotive cab (hybrid) integral whole and machine adopts whole steel structure, skin all use 4-6 mm weather resistance of the steel plate, indoor decoration with new coach with flame retardant double faced plywood, floor is made of double iron floor and wooden floor, filled with insulating body skeleton, has sound insulation noise reduction effect, the driver indoor noise may not be greater than 80 db, the driver chamber equipped with overhead type air conditioner, and equipped with electric heater.

十、Quality assurance and technical service
1. The warranty period is one year. The calculation starts after the locomotive is transported to the test and acceptance.
2. The supplier shall be responsible for the reliability, integrity and performance of the locomotive. Be responsible for the defects of the products due to the design, process and materials, and correct them at his own expense.
3. The supplier shall provide the user's manual and relevant technical data free of charge, answer the technical questions raised by the user in the contract and train the passenger free of charge.
4. During the warranty period, if there is any problem with the locomotive, the supplier shall send someone to the site to deal with the problem within 48 hours after receiving the notice from the buyer.
5. After the expiration of the warranty period, the supplier can still provide technical services for free, and only charge the cost of parts.
