Our company's new energy pure electric traction locomotive integrates multiple innovative technologies. Unlike the traditional solution of AC asynchronous motor with frequency converter drive, it adopts advanced permanent magnet synchronous motor and industry-leading technology of nonlinear magnetic field positioning control. It has multiple independent intellectual property rights and is a pure intelligent new energy environmental protection mechanical equipment.
Compared with traditional diesel locomotives of the same power, new energy pure electric locomotives have a 50% increase in starting traction and a 25% increase in sustained traction, and save about 49% in maintenance costs compared to traditional diesel engines. Fundamentally solving the air pollution caused by diesel engine exhaust, achieving zero smoke emissions, low noise, and green environmental protection.
The new energy pure electric traction locomotive developed by our company adopts the best Ningde Times' high safety lithium iron phosphate battery, and adopts a liquid cooling heat dissipation system, greatly reducing the heat generation of the battery and ensuring its safe use; At the same time, it is equipped with a battery automatic fire extinguishing system to eliminate safety hazards. The fast charging function of the battery can fully charge the empty battery pack within 1.2 hours.
The power system of this new energy locomotive is equipped with four high-power permanent magnet synchronous motors, and the coordinated control of multiple motor drives can accurately control the locomotive speed. The permanent magnet synchronous motor always operates at its highest efficiency point, and the system's maximum efficiency can exceed 96%.
In addition, the intelligence level of new energy locomotives is high, which can achieve unmanned driving, remote operation and maintenance control, and is equipped with black box function. It can record more than 1 year of operating data, including all operating conditions, charging and discharging, various warnings and faults, etc.
