In 2018, the mobile car will run smoothly from kunming to chuxiong, kunming to Dali and kunming to lijiang. The kunqu Dali bullet train will be put into operation on July 1, and it will take 2 hours to reach kunming to Dali and 3.5 hours to reach kunming to lijiang. With the explosive growth of passenger flow, the high-speed train can send a maximum of 57,000 people in a single day. In July and August, the passenger load rate of high-speed train was 95.4% and 96.3% respectively, ranking first and third in China's high-speed railway line. An investment of 27.319 billion yuan was completed, 2.319 billion yuan more than the 25 billion yuan target set at the beginning of the year. A total of 5 lines are under construction in kunming metro in 2018, including northwest extension of line 1, second phase of line 2, line 4, line 5 and second phase of line 6.

This year, yunnan province has made accelerating the preliminary work of the chongqing-kunming high-speed railway a top priority in 2019 to ensure the start of construction. We will continue to accelerate the construction of eight more projects, including the yumo project, and ensure that the chengdu-guizhou high-speed railway and the chengdu-kunming railway's yongguang section are completed and put into operation. Actively advance the preliminary work of panzhihua to Dali to lijiang, mengzi to wenshan, lincang to qingshui river railway and other projects, and strive to start construction of mengzi to wenshan railway.
