The all-permanent magnet teletype diesel locomotive has been successfully developed in China railway tangche


     

A few days ago, CRRC tangshan company learned that all permanent magnet electric drive diesel locomotive independently developed by the company has completed all type tests and passed the acceptance inspection, and will be officially put into use. The diesel locomotive has broken through a number of key technologies and has fully independent intellectual property rights, exploring more solutions for China's railway equipment to go global.



Due to its small size, light weight, large low-speed output torque, high efficiency and simple maintenance, the permanent magnet system is recognized by the industry as an optimal solution for future rail transit traction system.





Chen liang, deputy general manager and chief engineer of CRRC tangshan company, said, "this diesel locomotive with full permanent magnet electric drive adopts permanent magnet traction motor and permanent magnet main generator. Compared with the traditional traction system composed of excitation generator and asynchronous traction motor, the traction system's transmission efficiency is improved by 5%-8%, and the noise is reduced by about 7 db.





In the power system, which is the key system of total permanent magnet electric drive diesel locomotive, CRRC tangche has applied the 560KW horizontal lifting power pack independently developed by the company. According to Chen liang, this kind of power pack adopts advanced single-bearing permanent magnet generator technology, with large power, small size and high integration, and realizes modular design, modular installation and modular maintenance of locomotive power system.





In addition, this type of locomotive adopts modular structure body, simplifies the interface of large parts, and improves the economy and maintenance efficiency of locomotive operation and maintenance. The diesel engine cooling system of locomotive adopts variable frequency control overhead cooler, which not only saves the space and reduces the quantity, but also greatly improves the system efficiency compared with the traditional internal combustion power system.
