When the fireproof special locomotive parts explode with biogas or coal dust, the shell will not be broken or deformed, and the fireproof biogas or coal dust outside the shell will not be ignited. The locomotive in normal operation state does not spark power supply. Exhaust gas from locomotive (internal combustion) shall meet national standards.

According to its different power is divided into two kinds of explosion-proof battery locomotive with special power supply device and explosion-proof smoke elimination diesel locomotive. The explosion-proof special locomotive should be used in the main return air duct of biogas mine and the inlet and return air duct of mining area.
